VirTues is a foundation model for spatial proteomics that learns marker-aware, multi-scale representations from multiplex tissue imaging data. From a single pretrained backbone it supports zero-shot annotation across heterogeneous marker panels, cell typing, niche annotation, spatial biomarker discovery, and patient stratification.
